Mr Boipelo Gladwin Khunou is the Founder and Executive Director
of Opulence Capital (Pty) Ltd and provides strategic leadership
across the organisation's Human Capital, Skills Development and
Transformation consulting services.
He possesses over 20 years of professional experience in Human
Capital Management, organisational development, employment relations,
skills development, organisational governance and transformation
within both the public and private sectors.
Mr Khunou is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)
in Public Affairs, with research focusing on Human Capital Investment
as a Catalyst for Organisational Development. He also holds a Master's
Degree in Public Affairs, where his dissertation examined the
implementation and effectiveness of Employment Equity Plans within
local government.
As an accomplished academic and practitioner, Mr Khunou has authored
and published scholarly papers in Human Capital Management,
Employment Equity, organisational development and public administration.
